The main points of the Global Integrity Report 2022 from EY show a widening gap between higher levels of integrity awareness and lower standards, as well as between the confidence in integrity standards shown by companies’ leadership positions and their employees. In addition, the pandemic is widely understood to have made it more difficult to conduct business with integrity. For example, more than half of the respondents say that integrity standards have become static or worse over the past 18 months.
