This study explores how organizations are rethinking their structures, culture, and engagement to support current changes about their role in society. Specifically, it examines the emergence of the chief integrity officer in companies and other organizations, noting trends such as the increased use of digital technology, resulting in ethical issues such as privacy and authenticity. Furthermore, this study offers instances of innovative policies that address the generational shift in norms and values, where younger employers have radically different expectations of their workers
